The Association of Mine Surveyors of Zimbabwe (AMSZ) will host its 41st Annual General Meeting and Conference on 27–28 August 2026 at the Great Zimbabwe Hotel, Masvingo.

“From Survey to Service and Strategic Partnerships for National Mining Growth” — focusing on how reliable data, technology, collaboration and better decision-making can support sustainable growth in Zimbabwe’s mining sector.

The conference will feature technical presentations, exhibitions, industry networking and discussions around mine surveying, geospatial technology, mining innovation and strategic partnerships.

Programme
- 27 August: AMSZ Annual General Meeting. The first day will focus on the AMSZ Annual General Meeting for registered members, including reports, association business, mining-sector updates, technical and strategic matters, and executive committee elections.
- 28 August: Annual Conference
The second day will feature technical presentations, exhibitions, professional engagement and networking, providing an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and explore solutions relevant to Zimbabwe’s mining industry.

- Members – US$300
- Students – Free for AMSZ Student Members
- Non-members – US$350.
