We are hiring: Surveyor Assistant

Duration: 2.5 – 3 Years (Project-Based)

About the Project:
Docol Investments FZCO, a key division of Docol Group, is developing a 5-star hotel and mall complex (100,000m²) in Mogadishu-a project set to redefine luxury in East Africa.
Situated near the AMISOM Green Zone, the project benefits from high security and efficient logistics.
Key Responsibilities
>Assist in land surveying and site measurements
>Operate and maintain surveying equipment (total
stations, GPS, levels).
>Collect and document field data accurately.
>Support lead surveyors in marking layouts and
boundaries.
>Ensure compliance with project and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience:
>2+ years of experience in construction surveying
>Proficiency in surveying tools and AutoCAD (preferred).
>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
>Ability to work in challenging field conditions,
